After payment confirmation, you’ll receive a link to fill out a detailed questionnaire (anamnesis/evaluation) with questions about your health, history, and goals.

The workout will be delivered within 10 business days.

You’ll receive your workout through my app.

No, you can do the workout wherever you prefer.
You can workout at home, at work, or while traveling—wherever is most convenient for you.
You choose the time that fits best into your routine. The workouts only take 15 minutes and can be done in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
No equipment is required. A mat or yoga/pilates towel can be helpful, but a towel will work too. If you have resistance bands or a small pilates ball, you can use them, but they’re not necessary.
